At TradeSmart Safety, we stand behind the quality of our gear. We guarantee that themechanical parts of our safety products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. If your product fails for these reasons, we will replace it or issue a refund—at our discretion—provided you are theoriginal buyer and thesole owner of the product.

To enjoy full warranty protection, you mustregister your TradeSmart product within 30 days of receiving your order.Warranty applies only to items purchased directly fromTradeSmart Safety or anauthorized dealer.

Warranty Coverage by Product
  • 10-Year Warranty – Passive Ear Protection
    • Covers TradeSmart passive earmuffs.
    • Protects against defects in materials and workmanship for up to 10 years.
  • 2-Year Warranty – Electronic & Tactical Gear
    • Covers TradeSmart TacticalEdge Electronic Ear Protection, Tactical Backpack, and Tactical Hat.
    • Warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Damaged-on-Arrival Replacement Only

    Consumable items are eligible for replacement only if damaged upon arrival. No registration required, no ongoing warranty:

    • ANSI-certified safety glasses
    • Soft foam earplugs
    • Carrying cases

Are You Eligible for a Warranty Claim?

To qualify for a replacement or refund, all the following must apply:

  • The product failed as a result of defective materials or workmanship.
  • The product failed under normal use conditions.
  • You are the original buyer and sole product owner.

If you meet these requirements AND the following conditions below, submit your request via our Contact Us page.

  • Warranty confirmation email (sent to you when you registered your product).

Please forward us a copy of this confirmation email so we can process your claim.


What Is Not Covered Under the TradeSmart Warranty

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., running earmuffs over with a truck, or Max the Labrador chewing them).
  • Normal wear and tear (abrasions, scratches, fading, dents, scuffs).
  • Incidental or consequential damages (e.g., damage to other items, loss of use, or loss of time).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

  • Amazon account “Tradesmart LLC”
  • Walmart account “Tradesmart LLC”
  • eBay account “Tradesmart Official”
  • Authorized brick-and-mortar stores

Important Notes
  • Safety glasses are scratch-resistant, but not scratch-proof.
  • Earmuff ear cushions naturally wear out over time.
  • Earplugs are single-use and will lose elasticity if washed.
  • All products may show normal scuffs or scratches with use; this is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Summary

  • Damaged-on-Arrival Only – Glasses, earplugs, and carrying cases

Do I need my Amazon order number for warranty registration?
If you purchased your product on Amazon, then yes—we’ll need your Amazon order number to confirm that the order came from our official seller account (Tradesmart LLC) and not an unauthorized reseller. You can find this number in your Amazon order confirmation email or in your Amazon account under “Your Orders.”

If you purchased directly from TradeSmartSafety.com or another authorized retailer, please use the order number from that store instead.
How do I find my TradeSmartSafety.com order number?
If you purchased directly from TradeSmartSafety.com, your order number is in the confirmation email we sent after your purchase. Supplying this number ensures we can verify your purchase came directly from us.
Can I register my TradeSmart warranty if I received the product as a gift?
Yes. Even if you don’t have the original receipt, you can still register your warranty. To verify that your gift is an authentic TradeSmart product and not a copy from an unauthorized seller, please provide the following:

  • • Name of the purchaser
  • • Purchaser’s ZIP code
  • • A clear photo of the product barcode

  • Once received, we’ll use this information to confirm the original purchase and activate your TradeSmart warranty coverage.
How many items does one order number cover for warranty?
One order number covers all TradeSmart products in that same order. You only need to register once per order.
How do I find my eBay order number?
If you purchased from our official eBay store (Tradesmart Official), your 12-digit order number can be found in your:

  • • Purchase History (under “View Order Details”)
  • • Order Confirmation Email (sent after checkout, especially if you purchased as a guest)
