Check your email inbox and spam folder for the message from TradeSmart. If you still can't find it, contact us and we can verify your purchase.
Do I need my order number?
Yes — your order number helps us confirm the purchase and verify warranty eligibility.
Does normal wear and tear count as a warranty issue?
No. Scratches, scuffs, cushion wear, or fading from normal use are not covered under warranty.
Are consumable items covered?
Consumables like earplugs, safety glasses, and storage cases are covered only if damaged upon arrival.
How long does it take to process a claim?
