Terms and Conditions for TradeSmart TacticalEdge Electronic Earmuffs Promotion
Eligibility: This promotion is open only to previous customers of TradeSmart who are legal residents of the United States of America, aged 18 years or older. Employees of TradeSmart, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
Promotional Period: The promotion begins when you receive the email and ends 4 days after, by which all participants must have completed the necessary steps to qualify for the reward.
How to Participate: Participants must purchase the TradeSmart TacticalEdge Electronic Earmuffs from the designated Amazon store, reply to the promotional email with their Amazon order number, and complete all required fields in the survey.
Reward: Eligible participants who complete the survey in its entirety will receive a $50 payment to their preferred payment method. This payment is a token of appreciation for their time and feedback and is not contingent upon the content of their review or its subsequent publication on Amazon.
No Additional Payment: The $50 payment is the sole reward for participating in the survey. No additional payment or incentive will be provided for uploading the video review on Amazon. Customers that choose to do this, do so without any incentive or requirement from TradeSmart LLC.
Participant Obligations: By participating, you agree to provide honest, accurate, and complete feedback. Your survey responses should reflect your genuine experience with the product.
Usage of Feedback: TradeSmart reserves the right to use any feedback provided by the participants in any manner it deems appropriate, including marketing purposes, product improvement, and online content creation, without further permission or remuneration.
Liability Release: Participants release TradeSmart and its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from their participation in the promotion or their acceptance or use of the reward.
Privacy: Participants’ personal information will be utilized in accordance with TradeSmart’s Privacy Policy. Information provided can be used for future marketing efforts but will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Changes and Termination: TradeSmart reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the promotional materials or on the company’s website.
Governing Law: This promotion is governed by Wyoming law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
